Family Law

We are able to guide and advise you on parenting and property matters. We are also able to represent you in all Family matters including, urgent matters, such as recovery orders.

Criminal Law

One of our main areas of Legal Practice is Criminal defence work and we are able to appear in Court and represent you on a wide range of criminal matters.

Civil Litigation

We are able to advise and represent you in a whole range of matters involving civil law.

Wills / Estates

We can guide, advise and prepare your wills and other estate planning documents. We are also able to advise and represent you in the Supreme Court where there are disputes over an estate or will.

Guardianship

We appear before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal 

(NCAT) and Guardianship Tribunal and act for parties where there are disputes about Guardianship and Powers of Attorney.

Property Disputes

We are able to appear for parties in property disputes in the Supreme Court of NSW involving land titles, easements and other property disputes.

Lurline Dillon-Smith


Lurline Dillon-Smith has been a highly successful solicitor for over 25 years and has been in private practice since 2014. She is passionate about providing access to justice, and the difference it can make to a person’s life by having legal advice and representation.

Lurline has extensive experience in many aspects of the legal system including Civil Law, Family Law, Human Rights and Discrimination Law, Public Interest Law, and Environmental Law. She previously worked for Legal Aid NSW for 17 years in the Civil Law section covering Consumer Law, and Human Rights Law. She acted as a Mental Health Advocacy solicitor and in the Children’s Court Care and Protection. Lurline also managed the Family Law Section of the Lismore Office of Legal Aid and acted as an Independent Children’s Lawyer.
